I'm back on track and have 1.8lbs to lose in 6 days if I want to reach my beach goal weight by vacation. I'm going to make this happen!!!
141.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
