yay! the scale finally moved! i got my heart rate monitor yesterday and started cardio cleaning. i burned 365 cal just cleaning and keeping my heartrate up :)
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
