Ok I am hereby commiting to recommit..if that makes sense. I will get up early every morning, until the habit is formed, to make sure I fit in my exercise and eat healthier. I resolve to not eat any fast food over the next six months. Here goes...
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck. I want to do that too but each morning I will not get out of bed!!!

I know...its soooo hard, thats what has been holding me back. The fear that I won't get to fit in an afternoon nap, or end up going to bed at 2am again that evening only to be burned out the next day...but I need to do it...for me, I am so busy taking care of everyone else I never have time for me. So I am going to get up early, do my WII fit (had to have something fun or I know I won't stick to it) and start the day. Will let you know how it goes!!
