Shit can I at least finish this week down hell I'll be happy with a 1/4 of pound. I've only been seriously working on weight lose about three weeks now and the scales really haven't moved since the first week. I'm in some really big trouble here if I've already stauled out. PLEASE JUST A LITTLE just enough to make me feel like I can do this again.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
