hmm if i didn't eat that cheesecake last night i might of been at 154 pounds today....
lol

My goal for next saturday is to be 152. i hope i can do it!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 95.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
