Dined out a lot and ate foods that were high in calories, and I think I have water weight and bloated because I just got my period this evening. I will do better this week I hope!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week
