Previous set point! I hate those!!! I did have broccoli instead of a protocol veg though cause I was out.

No PM Spray tonight! Planned cheat tomorrow.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
