Even today...>.> Didn't get to go walking last night. Got in my car and it wouldn't turn over. stupid car. >.< Guessing it's the starter..it's been acting slow the last two days and only today did my hubby really listen to me about it. -_- Sooo no walking for me til it's fixed. I ended up staying home and had 1/2 cup of yogurt/icecream blend icecream...and followed that with a pack of poptarts. -_- really shouldn't have them in the house. But hubby likes them, so we have them. ugh. So mad at myself right now. Just need to focus today, and not let life's curve balls sway me. Just need to take it straight on, and not let it effect my eating habits. Usually I've been eating about 5ish, then I go walking about 6-8, then home, and I have a mug of caffine free herbal tea, and a 100 cal snack, then go to bed. Theme of the day is Focus.

That does suck about the car. Can't you go walking around your neighbourhood? It probably wouldn't be as nice, but might still work? I know, perhaps annoying suggestion... or maybe the solution is a workout video at home... no car required for that! LOL

I already dance around the house while my husband is at work...but I really look forward to getting out of the house, and having some quiet alone time to walk. And just think, and not worry about kids, or chores. If it was only about the exercise I could workout at home, or walk the neighborhood...but it's freekin hot here, and I don't like walking outside with no lights...by myself..just makes me paranoid.. -__- lol

Oh - I forgot about the temperature - wrote that at work, where the AC is great and I don't have a window in my office, so I can't even be reminded about the sun! LOL

It's been in the 100's here lately. ugh. High humidity too...so yeah.
