Whew, only a day in the 216's. Scary! 215.8 today.

I feel better today. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, back on the road again.

How much difference a routine makes! So much so, I get worried about being a homebody, and going on vacation, etc. I suppose going on vacation means a bit of weight gain in most circles, and that is OK. With me being overseas, my vacations are quite long, and it can do mucho damage to my journey, lol. Basically month long drunk fests with eating thrown in. I need to work on that :-P.

Maybe bike riding or something. Less booze and more activity. Disneyworld usually works out ok because of the massive walking and heat.

Last night had veggie soup for dinner. It is a old Weight Watchers recipe, cabbage soup. Lots of veggies, and wife does a good job on it. As I was sitting in my kitchen with the broken AC in 110 degree heat eating hot soup, I though how much we do for our weight loss. But then again, just because we are hot, does not mean we eat a cold meal always. lol

Today nothing major going on.

I'm thankful that my buddy is stumbling at the same time I am...hehehe...I went on a real bender on Saturday, must be stressed? Anyway, I've decided to make another career change and work back in the field...more money, lower stress but away from family for 14days then home for 7...decent shift, it is like having a week vacation every three weeks...so I'm looking forward to it. I hope you get back on track soon, cause I'm working on catching up...Later.
