Well I have 13 days and 3.6lbs to go. I'm going to be at the gym every day and give it 110% I know I can do this. :)
143.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Interesting diet, never heard of it....great results, hope your skin can handle the immens weight lost..I am interesting in long term results for this completley different diet which I am trying now, which is an high protein diet...
