Day 6 of Fruit flush/fast. Have lots more energy.
But was really hungry last nite and ate some edamame
Breaking fast tonite with some shrimp for dinner tonite.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
