So I ate oatmeal a couple of times in the past week and I lost weight, go figure. Now what do I do? Do I continue with paleo? Did I feel better after eating oatmeal? Or was it just because I ate some breakfast? Though I did eat it for lunch one day. I've had a few good workouts but I can't remember what I ate the day I had a good workout. I need to log everything I eat and when I eat it and how my workout is.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My DH eats a bowl of oatmeal everyday for lunch. Since Feb 2012 his down 71 lbs....so I think that oatmeal is good. And yes, you will always feel better if you eat breakfast! (really)
