TOM is gone! Back to shedding!

I can't believe I am in the 160's I have not been in the 160's for about 15 years. I have always reached a plateau between 170 and 175 and been stuck there no matter how diligent I was about my food and exercise. I once plateaued there for 2 months before I gave up. I am soooo happy to have made it past that mark!!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
