Yay! Drank lots of water, was really careful with my calories and sodium, and exercised for 30 minutes last night and BAM! 2lbs lost!! I will beat the monthly beast yet! :)
181.0 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
