Nice weigh in this AM. 213.2

Housemaid drama going on downstairs! I head Indian ladies yelling. Wife can sort that out. Our usual housemaid who we have fired a few times left unexpectedly with family issues so we needed a substitute. Well, the substitute is younger, more energetic, comes early! All good qualities. So the wife is making a change, but that does not come without a turf war I guess. Ohh, the problems of the middle east. I just wish they cooked for us.

Yesterday after journaling I took the kids to TGI Fridays for lunch. They have a cheap special here. I hate tater skins, and chicken fingers. They give you small portions, which was 4 chicken fingers, and small fry. It was good.

Took a nice nap, and finished all my homework! I am all caught up!
For dinner I just had some veggies and a leftover pancake.

Wife had a skin test come back with Basal Cell Carcinoma. This is the non malignant skin cancer (the good kind). It runs in her family, as they are a bunch of gingers (Fair Skinned Redheads). This is an odd country as they let you sit in the procedure room and watch the surgery. They cut out a piece of her back about as big as a chicken nugget, or 2-3 inches around, and it was deep, like a lil steak. Gross! Anyway, I get to tend to her, do some shopping, and relax today.

No workout today, school tonight, need to be ready. Slept in today with wifey.
