I am under a lot of stress right now, and really want to sit down and drowned my life in a couple dozen pints of Ben and Jerry's. I am fighting here telling myself I'm not alone, and I'm not I know, no matter how hard things may be. I have a wonderful husband how working as hard as I am to keep everything together. I've got two great boys, and even a devoted puppy.

I have to keep reminding myself of all the good, and the fact that this is just a small bump in the road of life. And that Ben and Jerry really aren't going to help me out.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
