Failed so miserably this weekend, and gained 3lbs. But I'm okay with that--I know what happened, and it will be over in a few days, lol.
I also didn't exercise any last week, and so I didn't have my defense system ready to fight the bloat that loves to hit me right about now.
But it just makes me more determined to get back on the wagon and give everything I've got. I will be exercising tonight, and every other night possible this week to help combat the mood swings, excess fluid, and cravings that attack!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2012:
947 kcal Fat: 29.88g | Prot: 68.86g | Carb: 107.20g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Special K Red Berries. Lunch: cheese wedge, kroger multigrain crackers, sweet relish, starkist light tuna, reduced fat mayo. Dinner: shredded mexican cheese, enchilada sauce, flour tortilla, frozen corn, black beans, taco seasoning, sour cream, shredded chicken breast. Snacks/Other: kiwi. more...

I find that doing cardio on the elliptical or running really does help with my TOM cramping icky pains.

Running sounds like a great idea! I have found that today, I surprisingly have plenty of energy, and feel like I will die just sitting at this desk!
