Still at -23 lbs. Blending with the NutriBullet every day and just LOVE it. This is so easy. I feel GREAT! Gonna make fresh salsa today:)

230.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb. Still to go: 81.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
