So, come to find that jogging 3x/week for a 5K actually slims you down a lot! Who'da thunk it? I find myself often hungry after I'm done eating my food (because my portions are crazy insanely huge) and after I've eaten a portioned meal, my stomach goes, "... that's it?"
But hey! -2 lbs! Got it... :p
176.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
