Up a lil this am to 213.4. /Sadface

I have been gaining on my Thurs-Fri sleep deal for a few weeks now. I take by long bike ride (2 hours/25-30 miles) Friday am at the ass crack of dawn. So I get up at like 5-530Am and go. Maybe thats why, lol, cuz I lose all my weight between 530AM and 615 when I normally get up.

I'm not to worried about it. I consciously, or subconsciously eat more on Thurdays now to "prepare". I have run out of steam in the sun riding out there and it is no fun. Yesterday was no exception, burger and fries for lunch! WTH!

Today's bike ride was exciting. Passed two hardcore roadies slipstreaming at a good clip out at the pier. Also passed the Philippino bike club that is essentially the only bike club here. I know some American friends have suggested that to me. It did not look like my cup of tea, they looked very "beginner-ish" and more like they were out for a stroll than serious biking. Who knows, maybe that is the beginner section, perhaps I should not rush to judge. I could join and be the "leader of the pack" and pretend I am Lance Armstrong! A few of those dudes did look hardcore, but they seemed to be coaching the others. Anyway, maybe I will look them up for some social riding.

Just ate 3 big old biscuits with bacon and eggies. Mayo AND butter, and a large OJ. Divine! If you have no exercised to extreme (2+ hours) in the sun, and then thrown down on some chow, it is nice. Kind of like fasting teaches you about your hunger, eating like that teaches you about food being fuel.

We are off to the Flea Market that the base is having today, and they are auctioning bikes. I will go for a cheap 29'er if there are any worth getting. Or a cherry 4000 series. I know it will be all Trek's because that is 95% of what the sailors buy here, and all that is available except for 3rd world bikes that make walmart bikes look good. Although the indian 3rd world bikes with their enclosed chains may have a good concept here.

If I dont score a bike, I am 2 paychecks from saving enough for my bike, whether I lose the 12 lbs or not! XD

Anyway, seems to be a good day. Daughter was a bad girl last night, but I will spare you my outrage and ugliness there and save it for her! lol Look at the bright side, my cheat day just got toned down, cuz I AM NOT MAKING HER COOKIES!
