Very happy with the results after KY Derby parties all weekend. Drink a few beers and only had one bourbon cupcake. Otherwise, I stuck to the diet.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
