181.7 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's Great...I have just not gotten to 169.4...my goal weight was 168... My wife is telling me I'm skinny...lovin it...you are doing so well. Becomes part of life...one thing tho ... have to figure out how to maintain a steady weight and at what range of fluctuation....who new set of problems to solve...see ya

Great job yourself, you are almost there! My goal is 165. I know I can achieve it (I've been there before) and I'll still have a little to lose after, but last time I was satisfied there. One thing that does concern me, is what happens when I get to my goal weight. Right now I'm not counting calories or restricting anything except making sure I go easy on nuts and avacado. I might have to learn to eat more... which I think is a good problem :-P. Girlfriend calls me skinny while at the same time grabbing a handful of belly fat.
