So I'm rededicating myself to weight loss after not really following any sort of plan for the past year or so.
I felt like I should be able to lose weight by eating healthy and listening to my body, but I just maintain my weight that way. The only way to do this thing is to be more conscious of what I'm eating, and thus I must log my food. Also going to try to go to the gym 3 times a week.
Best thing for motivation to both see your results and/or see that you still have a long way to go? Photo shoot. I haven't seen the way the world sees me at this weight before. It's not what I want them to see. It's not who I feel I am.
