Week 14. I usually don't weigh in until Friday, but I'm thinking I might start logging my weight twice a week. More accountability and hey I'm down a few ounces so why not put it on here.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 July 2012:
1232 kcal Fat: 101.88g | Prot: 52.32g | Carb: 39.32g.   Breakfast: dry roasted peanuts kirkland. Lunch: oil and vinegar dressing newmans own, lettuce, Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade). Dinner: butter, onion, mushrooms, avacado, Lean Ground Beef. Snacks/Other: Fiber Choice, sprite zero. more...
