I'm on fire with this weight loss. I've become a slight gym junkie. haha I love my new body and have a managment plan on how to keep it. I'm so glad I found this website its been the greatest tool I have apart from personal motivation. To all you out there that are feeling run down and hopeless, don't give up. I'm a whole new person and I feel a freedom that life never had before. SO work hard and stay strong because its soooo worth it. Until next time....
142.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
