The realization that I only have about two months to get my sh*t together is going to help me to stop being a gluttonous pig and stick to my eating plan. I worked out for the first time at the gym on Tuesday and I had to do yoga to recuperate. I'm back family!!!

I also decided to change my goal to 155. The number 150 seems to be too overwhelming to me, so I am going to reach for something smaller. Once I reach that I will go for 150. Hopefully it works.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 30.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

Welcome back! Great job working out, Just keep at it through the ups and downs. You've made amazing progress (be proud of that!) and you will make your goals.

Nice loss! I know what you mean about changing goal to something you feel you can achieve. I had 25 pounds for my goal, meanwhile I can't even drop 10 or 5 for that matter. So I changed my goal too. Nothing wrong with that!

ny_shelly- It is so easy to get discouraged while trying to lose weight so even if the goal is small, it feels like a win. JLente- thank you for the support, it is always appreciated.
