What a lousy week! No weight loss. Although I wondered what it would be still hoped for a few tenths at least. Hopefully the weather and heat will break soon then bqack to the walking. Look out next weigh in. I'll be back.
269.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
