The big 1 month- its been 1 month already wow time flies. So I weighed myself this morning. Its the 4th of July so of course the BBQ my family has so much food & desserts- I stuck with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and salad- I had a small bite of an Italian sausage and boy did I want more. It was delicious but my husband reminded me of why I am dieting and what I want to achieve. Desserts tempted me today but I went for a few strawberries with a TBSPN of light whipped cream-I did good today overall just a little bit of higher calories than I would of liked.
