i cheated a couple days ago pretty bad and gained 3 lbs but feel it was mostly water just because my ring feels tight on my ring finger. I was thinking about stopping the diet today if i keepet seeing an increase but to my surprise i was down a lbs. yes i realize it was water but im ok with it. i will continue for another week and not cheat. i will let you guys know how it works out. we are on a really tight budget and have to eat whatever is available at home so the most logical thing would be to continue on the diet so that food can last a little longer.
For anyone questioning what diet i'm doing it is HCG drops.
