It's a hot and humid morning! Not even 5am yet and the humidex is already at 30 degree C!! I hate this weather and thanks to it I have a massive headache and ticky tummy. Oh well! Looks like another water, lots of water day for me :) guess that is one positive thing :)
So now my 3 point list: 3 things I have inherited from my parents that contibute to my physical appearance:
1. My eyes are a combination of blues from both mom and dad!
2. My button nose is from my dad.
3. My "sturdy" frame is the from my mom! Well it's actually a hand me down of 3 generations. My mom has a family photo with my great grandma, my grandma, mom and me and the only thing that changed was the size of our noses and our height.

Okay now an update on my to do list from yesterday. I ended up working late again, which kinda threw my plans off a little. But I did get some laundry done, made a really healthy dinner which helped me stay well within my RDI pretty proud of that one!, and did some more cleaning around the apartment, tidied up my bedroom, put clean sheets on the bed etc. Then I did a few very simple exercises, and tried to get to bed at a reasonable time. My roll over task was the library walk as it was simply too hot outside to do it.

So for today: work of course and my daily tasks will be based on working late. - go to the library and drop off books, go shopping and look for a new top that I can wear with my new shorts, grocery shopping again to pick up some stuff that I have run out of. @ home it will be fan tear down and clean them. - to bed early again to read.

Well that's about it for today. I am hoping that I don't melt and become a giant glob of slime on the sidewalk. Wish me luck!

Great job on your healthy dinner! Even if it's icky sticky today...you can take a nice cool shower when you get home, feel refreshed and slip into those clean sheets. That always feels good! Keep checkin that list! ;-)

the list was an awesome idea simply because I now feel obligated to complete it also keeps me busy in the evenings instead of sitting around and mindlessly munching. Have a good day ppphhhtt

Hang in there with the heat & humidity. You seem to be functioning in that "I got a lot accomplished today" mode. My list today is about things to do to avoid that mindless munching of which you speak above. "The purpose of life is a life of purpose" ( ). Much Love!
