This is a time to get refocused, again, because I know I'll never give up. :-) I've picked up a lot of weight, 15 lbs, over the last month. It seems like there's always something, coming up, to give you a reason to eat off plan; my latest being my birthday, yesterday, wherein I went out to lunch with my sister, brother, neice, and a friend of her's, as three of us were celebrating our birthdays. Inspite of that, I know that my best hope, for getting to my goal weight, is and always will be a low carb lifestyle. As I haven't made the mistake of loading up my pantry with high carb foods, and or treats, getting back on track shouldn't be too hard; and being diligent about logging my meals into my food diary will be a key tool to keeping me back on the road to weight loss. I already know there will be other pitfalls, along the way, but as long as I never give up, completely, success is only a matter of time, and effort, and will come. :-) I refuse to be stressed out about this at all, cause I know I can do it! Best wishes Matey. I have also gone astray in the past month. I am back on it again, though not being angelic. Anyway, the weight is moving in the right direction again, YAY. I hope you push all the distractions aside and begin to see progress. You have done fantastically in the past and you know you can do it again. Life kind of throws you off sometimes, the art is to not let it get to you, but shrug and resume. :) Go for it x
