Well, we ended up cancelling the knitting/meet the baby session because only a couple people could make it. Anyway, that was ok since Greg got back. Unfortunately, even though it was nice seeing Greg we had to do a ton of errands to get some more things for camp.
Started adding in some strength training with Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 1. With Chalean Extreme you do 1 month of "Burn" which is lifting heavy weights, slowly, to where you'd fail at 10-12 reps. The next month you do "Push" which is heavier weights, but failure at 8 reps. Then the 3rd month is "Lean" phase, but I've never gotten to that phase, so we'll see how it is! Also took my before pictures yesterday. My stomach and arms are my main focus points - as you can see they need some work.
