Passed another hurdle in my weight loss journey. Weighed in this morning at 198.8 lbs. That's 96.2 lbs from where I started and just another 8.8 lbs to go. Haven't weighed this light since 1979. I've been alternating lifting weights, riding the stationary bike and walking the treadmill for about 3 weeks now. Can't say that I've seen any visible results yet, but I sure can feel the stiff and sore muscles. The good thing is that I've been able to increase some of the weights on a few of the weight lift stations. Still have my dedicated band of naysayers telling me that I'm doing it all wrong. I've decided that it's more fun doing it the "wrong" way, especially when it seems to irritate so many folks.
