Went to my 2nd Cousin's graduation party yesterday and she had lost a ton of weight, like literally maybe a ton. She said she didn't even excersise that much, just ate healthy- 800 calories a day. Today, finally I'm not eating all the chocolate in the house around me. Maybe she "inspired" me; my godmother is also on Atkins, so maybe that helped too. 800 calories a day would take a lot of planning, but I'm going to loosly follow it, between 800-1000 a day.
