My current weight reflects the damage done over the past week/ holiday weekend. I refuse to fret about it, because I know I'll get it back off, and get down to my goal weight, it'll just take a little longer. :-)

Good attitude. It'll be off in no time with that determination!!! I'm in the same boat as you though, stupid holidays!!! Time to get back on track!

Thanks ladies. I will get back on track to get the weight off; it's all about getting back to the basics, and staying there until I get to goal, and possibly beyond. :-)

Shy, I am in same boat. We have had a month of relatives and friends coming to stay: lots of disruption and eating out. I too, am not beating myself up about it, just getting back on the WOE slowly. Best wishes to you. I am glad you are happily getting on with it, LOL!!
