Weight is back up into the 120s. I'm hoping by watching it the next few days it will be down to the 117.4 that's my goal.

It can be so frustrating to keep losing the same few pounds over and over... I know because I've been doing it for the past 6 or 7 months (and many other times in the past). But I figure that losing them over and over is better than gaining and gaining some more. I'm really putting great hope in my new strength training program to literally tip the scales in my favor to get me past this wall I haven't been able to get past. It really might be worth your while to try the same, seeing as you are in that home stretch to your goal. Plus, you will have the bonus of a better overall shape that comes from the added muscle and tone. Win/win!

You're exactly right about losing them over and over vs. gaining! That's a good way to look at it. I do need to add some strength training in. I do a lot better with a schedule, so I'm going to try and make up my own workout schedule instead of just winging it.
