I was doing well until I had a dizzy spell which alarmed me and led me to have sugar in the form of a half of an orange. After that, I thought I had failed so opted to get off completely and have a Subway foot long. I felt so horrible after-wards cause I not only had eaten the sub but I ate 4 chocolate chip cookies! I recognized my mistake and did not dwell in it. I quickly decided that I needed to go back at it and not waste time. Remember, we will stumble and fall but we must not stay down. I am so proud of myself for bouncing back and not wasting time.

Sometimes a dizzy spell on Atkins can be due to low sodium, not due to low sugar. Atkins suggests a cup of beef broth - not the low sodium type. Maybe next time that would help?

another thing that can really help is 1/4 avocado. that and the broth are the best things to use.
