Made it to the gym for Zumba last night. Then I did 5 minutes on the rowing machine, 10 minutes on the stair stepper and then C25K Week 1 Day 1: 1.59 mi. 20 minutes After the gym I walked the dogs, but slow, for about 20 minutes. Phew.
I had green beans and swiss chard from my garden for dinner last night, along with some tilapia (not from my garden) :)
Tonight is knitting group, so I normally eat a light dinner, or just snack. Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in!
