I made the decision yesterday that I am going to set my own 6 week challenge. It consists of recording my food and liquid intake and the amount of activities I do. I am also starting phase 1 of my strict financial budget! At the end of all this if sucessful I will be able to get a ring that I have fallen in love with. I just need to keep the faith in myself that I can and will complete this challenge. Luck with have nothing to do with it, it will done by motivation and perserverance.
