Start of Phase 3 - maintain weight within +/- 2 pounds of low spray weight which is 172.6 pounds. My start weight was 195.8 on 1/27/10.

So far I have shed -21.60 # from pre-load weight or -23.20 # from post load weight.

Healthy Low carb diet for the next three weeks while trying to maintain a minimum caloric intake based on my RDI. I want to try to set my metabolism at my new RDI.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
