April 23rd/2012:

I will not be weighing in today, mainly for the fact that I'm sure I've gained more weight than I want to imagine.

I have decided to quit drinking alcohol(it's fair to say I'm "addicted" or an "alcoholic", I just call it a big problem because I do not want to admit it..)

Day one begins tomorrow. Every minute of my day will be scheduled, written down, and posted at the end of every day.
Exercise will increase, I will be making a grocery list and a recipe list for next week, and spending the money I would normally spend on booze, will be going to healthy foods(and snacks).

Something needs to change..

Also.
For anyone reading this, any suggestions on healthy snacks that will assist in weight loss? Or foods that help to accelerate weight loss?
