Wow what a day! Up early, out the house early, met up with a friend for breakfast and then Greg and I took him and we all met up with MORE friends for a 4 mile hike! Which was more exhausting than I thought. I tell you walking in the woods up hills, over trees, through the leaves wears you out tremendously more than walking 4 miles on a treadmill. After the hike the 3 of us went caching some more and did more walking. Was out today doing all that for 12 hours! And hopefully Greg and I are going out tomorrow for more. Food wise I was ok. I didn't realize western omelets were so many points (9)! At least I got it without the sausage. I need to make a menu and grocery list. Maybe I'll do that in the car tomorrow. Anyone have any meals that are really really Weight Watcher friendly?

Sounds like you worked out ALOT today! you're doing awesome, buddy! I can't think of any WW meals at the moment but I'll get to work on that!
