10:00am: I feel tired today but am looking forward to walking since the weather is beautiful even if only 50 degrees out. Exercise creates energy for me and positive feelings. So simple and easy to do - why do we sometimes dread it?
2:00pm: I just returned from best walk I have done since starting on April 1st. The Ipod made time more easily pass so I did twice around the walking trail for about three miles! Considering I had foot surgery a few months ago, this is big for me. Woo Hoo.
I just read about the power of eating eggs (and some other dairy products) to promote weight loss. Interesting and true, I think.
