So here's the deal. I haven't been doing great with losing anymore weight, I'm just kind of floating around in this plateau of the lower to mid 130's. I REALLY want to be 125 AT least by this summer....and I'm not doing all of the things I should. I've been doing perfectly in the workout region, which is great, but as far as food...I've been sort of slacking and probably eating more than I should. Okay, not probably. Girl scout cookies & potato salad aren't exactly part of the diet.
So tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping and here are a few things on the list: Mixed greens cucumbers, tomato asparagus/cauliflower lemons frozen salmon fillets
I lost 20 pounds by eating these exact things. I think I've just been eating too much salt and I'm retaining water as well as too many carbs and bready things. I've already got the fitness part down, but If I truly want to lose these last 10 pounds I have to eat right...THAT is the secret to weight loss.
