Day 83 of new lifestyle, and siiiiigh. Practically nothing lost this week. Well, what can I expect? I'm on my period and absolutely wrecked my diet last week with my birthday. Oh well. I'm back on track now, and hopefully will see a loss next week.

I go through the same thinking - being upset for no loss yet knowing that I'm to blame for it. Doesn't make it any easier though does it? We've got next week to make it happen!!

Down a lil is better than up! Keep it going - I wouldn't be suprised if you do slow down a bit though so keep in mind that as long as you are doing what is right then you're going the right direction. You can do it!

BKeller- I know, it's totally a backwards way of thinking, but it's hard not to! It's okay, one meal, one day at a time :) Hey there Dani! Too bad weight loss tends to slow after a few months... if I could just keep it going like the first month (14 pounds!)...
