Imdoc's Journal, 12 March 2012

So, I've been at this diet and all I've really lost is 4 weeks. Between being REALLY bad during the weekends, not excersizing when I should, and (currently) being really bloated and PMSing, it's like I haven't even done anything. I'm right back where I started. It's getting kind of frustrating when every month or so, I see the same number pop back up. I see it go down, but then it's simply rinse and repeat. I've been slacking off on recording food, and I know that's what leads me down the road to putting the weight back on (all 5 lbs of it), but I'm not sure how to stop this forgetful rollercoaster.
