So starting my second bout of Medifast, was going to start weeks ago but got of track and was stressed so i am starting again. Yesterday was fine, MUST REMEMBER TO FIT MY WATER IN. Glad i was home all day yesterday as i literally never left the toilet. Still peeing this often means its working.
Day 2 and im still peeing loads so on track right now. Cant wait for my weekly weigh in now.......fingers crossed for a good loss the first week!
