Wow, stress really does eat your brain. There is at least one meal per day that I can't begin to remember what I ate. Hopefully as the notice of layoff recedes in time and my last few weeks of work are accomplished things will get better. Um, wait, who am I kidding? Not taking a computer to Costa Rica. They claim you don't need to track as much on Primal. I guess we'll see if that is true.
