Hi Nikki. If you know what to do but are not doing it it is because you linked pain towards doing something about it. This is why people procrastinate. Change your thoughts, change your actions, change your life. Get it done! Let's go...

Sometimes when a task seems overwhelming you need to break it down. Instead of thinking about "Oh no I have to work out an hour..I can't do it!" think "I want to work an hour but I think I can do it for 5 minutes." Anyone can do 5 minutes! And you know what...after 5 minutes, 99% of the time you will keep going. Don't let the wall caused by HAVE TO stop you!

Don't feel bad - I go to aerobics and Zumba here at work, but if I leave work early for whatever reason 1 - I don't come back to the class once I leave the building and 2 - if they cancel class for whatever reason I don't do any other workout which is bad bad bad......So I'm going to try that 5 min thought @Ny_shelly!

Great tip ny_shelly. Another 2 cents from me is to stay plugged into FS. So much momentum going on in here it is infectious. I stayed away, had my own pity party, the weight went up. Came back after a 6 month absence, the weight is coming off again like magic.... You can do this!!!

Understand that we are in a war. So you lost one of the battles (or two or three), but negative feelings will not help. I encourage you to shake it off and start again. No matter how many times you fall, you must get up one more time. It has taken me 4 years to lose the weight I have, and I still have a way to go, but the trend is downward, even when I go up. So look at where you were a while ago and see if there is any improvement since then? If so, the trend is downward. If not, begin again with a fresh determination. Do that any way. Keep looking upward and forward. Forget the past.
