Today I am starting over,but don't know what diet I should be on. I want this weight off!! Help!

I've had great success with Keto/LCHF. Almost 50 pounds gone, feeling great, and looking slim.

Eat foods that you know are healthy, but you also like the taste of them. As you go along, ask Jesus to show you what to buy and prepare for your meals. He never fails at giving us wisdom and understanding.

Trying different ones will help. I know I tried the whole 30 diet and it killed my stomach. Gave me lots of gas and made me feel miserable. But I tried the low carb (40-100 carbs) and I feel amazing when I eat that way. It's all about seeing what works for you.

K, You know, you don't need many calories. You have to switch snacks to cut up fruits and veggies. You have to make you fat pie wedge pretty small, like no more than 15%. You need to eat lean proteins and broths, animal & vegatable. You can eat what you want! BUT -watch your cals, try to keep around 900, for a week anyway. Stop the hunger pangs as much as possible by eating something you have to chew, like carrots & bell peppers, dry popcorn if you must. Watch your Macro pie and keep you fat wedge small. You will be healthy and you will drop weight. Use food enzymes and a good pro-biotic. -CD

K, one more. Get that 1/2 gal container, fill with water in the morning and make sure it is gone by bedtime.
